When connecting an external connector device to the
external connection jack, do not put it in obliquely and do
not pull it while it is plugged in.
May cause a malfunction or damage.

The handset may become warm during use or charging but
this is not a malfunction. You can keep using it.
z
Do not leave the camera lens in direct sunlight.
May cause discoloration or burn-in of pixels.
z
Use the handset with the nanoSIM/microSD Tray closed.
Liquid such as water (drinking water, sweat, seawater, pet urine, etc.)
or foreign object such as dust may get inside and cause a malfunction.
z
Do not give a strong impact on the fingerprint sensor or
scratch the surface.
May cause not only malfunction of the fingerprint sensor but also
disabling authentication.
z
While using a microSD Card, do not remove the card or turn
off the handset.
May cause data loss or a malfunction.
z
Never place a magnetic card or magnetized items near the
handset.
The data stored in cash cards, credit cards, transport system IC cards,
etc. may be erased.
Putting highly magnetized items closer may cause an error.
z
Do not decorate the handset with films, stickers, etc.
Normal operation may not be possible. For example, each of the
functions that uses the proximity sensor may not work or charging
with the wireless charger may not be possible.

The internal battery is not covered by warranty because it is
a consumable product.
Depending on usage, the internal battery may swell as it approaches
the end of its usable life.
Change the battery if its life becomes extremely shorter or the it swells
even after fully charged. For details on replacing the internal battery,
contact the support phone number listed on the Warranty Card.

Charge battery in areas where ambient temperature is
between 5° C and 35° C.
z
The battery life depends on the usage and deterioration of
the battery.
z
Do not store the handset under the following situations
because they may lower the performance or shorten the
usable life of the internal battery.

Storage with the internal battery fully charged (immediately after
charging is completed)
y
Storage with no battery level (cannot turn the handset on)
Approximately 40% is recommended as the proper battery level for
storage.

The surface of the handset uses the aluminum material.
Note that dent and abrasion are easily remained as
aluminum is a soft material.
