Before Using the Handset

Microphone

When using functions which support the microphone, do not
cover the hole of the microphone.

Headset

Depending on the type of a headset (commercially available), it
may not be available.

Turning power off forcibly

You can turn the power off forcibly by pressing

for at least 8 seconds. Release your finger after the vibrator is
activated to turn the power off. Note that data, contents you
have set, etc. may be deleted since the power is turned off
forcibly.

SIM Eject Pin

It is used to insert/remove a nanoSIM Card and microSD Card.
For details on using the SIM Eject Pin

nanoSIM Card

A nanoSIM Card is an IC card that records personal
information, such as your phone number.

A nanoSIM Card has a security code called PIN code

Inserting nanoSIM Card

For details on how to insert and remove the nanoSIM/microSD
Tray, refer to “Inserting and removing the nanoSIM/microSD Tray”

If you do not insert a microSD Card, you can insert two nanoSIM
Cards.

Remove the nanoSIM/microSD Tray from the
handset

Put the nanoSIM Card into the nanoSIM/
microSD Tray with the IC side turned down

Check the direction of corner cut.

Check the direction of the nanoSIM Card and put it securely.

Not to let the nanoSIM Card lift up from the card tray. If the
nanoSIM Card does not fit the card tray, may cause a fault.
