Does the inverter oscillation circuit in the power supply unit
operate normally?
Is pulse power supplied to the booster circuit on the inverter
PWB?

Has the fuse (F705) in the power supply unit burnt out?
Check the fluorescent lamps, connectors and peripheral circuits.
Is the gradation pattern displayed properly when setting
Adjustment process menu -> PATTERN1 -> PATTERN3 to "1"?
(Is it whitish or dark?)
Disconnect the FPC from SC4651 and SC4652. (To protect the
panel against damage)
Check of voltage supplied to the panel
Check the booster circuit on the inverter PWB. Are circuits on the
inverter GND PWB and LCD control PWB normal?
Check the circuit behind the burnt fuse.
Check each PWB circuit or harness.
Check the video signal circuit.
Is the input voltage at pin (62) of IC2004 (microprocessor) 5V?
The thermistor on the inverter GND PWB is faulty.
Check IC4901 and its peripheral circuits.
Connect the harness correctly or replace it.
Pin (62) of IC2004 (microprocessor) is faulty.
Check the inverter oscillation circuit.
Check the connector (PG) connecting the power supply PWB and
inverter PWB.
