7.2 Cleaning the housing and control panel (as
required)
1. Clean the oven housing including the control panel with a slightly damp,
lint-free cloth.
2. If this proves insuf fi cient, add some mild detergent to the damp cloth.
3. Wipe dry with a dry cloth.

the following table to check whether the problem can be solved at home.

detected during
operation. Fat is dripping
onto the heating
elements. • Switch the oven off.
• Let it cool down completely.
• Clean the heating elements.
The food is
overcooked / too
dark. The pre-set
cooking time is
too long / the
temperature is too
high. • Switch the oven off.
• Dispose of the burnt food.
• Select a shorter cooking time
or lower temperature for the
next cooking cycle.
