Serving the food
WARNING!
Danger of burns: The oven, baking rack and tray
are still very hot after use.
– Use only the door handle to open the oven.
Keep your head and body well away from the
danger zone, as hot steam may escape.
– Always use the handles provided for the tray
and rack to take out the food.
– Do not touch the interior surfaces when
removing the food.
– If necessary, use oven gloves.
1. Open the door slowly.
2.
Push the lower part of the handle into the centre of
the rack or tray edge, as far as it will go. The handle
is now gripping the tray or rack safely.
3. Carefully remove the baking rack or tray with the handle.
4. Put the rack or tray down on a heat-proof surface.

5. Remove the food from the rack or tray and prepare the dish according to
your recipe, before serving.
6. Always remove the plug from the wall socket after use.
7. If you do not intend to use the oven again on the same day:
• Wait for at least 30 minutes, until it has cooled down to room
temperature.
• Clean the individual components (see Chapter
