CO PURGE THRESHOLD
STANDARD FEATURE
After a
CO TEST is performed using the
SENSIT GOLD G3
, a built-in purge option lets the user
automatically purge the instrument of gas before another test is completed. By default, this purge
requires that the reading on-screen reach 0 PPM before another
CO TEST can be completed.
At the operator’s option, this “threshold” can be raised from 0, up to a maximum of 10PPM, if it
is deemed that it isn’t necessary to completely purge the instrument.
TO ADJUST THE CO PURGE THRESHOLD:
1. From the work display, press and hold the
B
button until
USER MENU is shown near the
top of the display.
2. Press and release the
C
button until
CO PURGE THRESHOLD is shown.
3. Press and release the
B
button to select and enter the
CO PURGE THRESHOLD menu. The
current saved setting will be displayed (0 PPM by default).
4. To increase the setting, press and release the
C
button. To decrease the setting, press and
release the
B
button.
5. Once the setting is at the desired number, press and release the
A
button once to return
to the
USER MENU or twice to return to the work display.
