Q: I have installed the driver, but I don’t think I have surround sound.
A: For surround sound to work, make sure you have selected 5.1 or 7.1 speakers in the game’s “Audio
options” menu. Please consult your game provider for details. At the same time, please make sure you
have selected 5.1 or 7.1 speakers in the Sennheiser 3D G4ME1 driver.
Q: I have set everything up according to the instructions but when I play the game, the sound cuts
out whenever I turn around.
A: Please check that the blue light on the 3D G4ME1 is lit. Also, please check that you have set both the
game and the 3D G4ME1 driver to 5.1 or 7.1 speakers.
Q: The blue “Engaged DD” logo does not light up when I toggle the cover switch.
A: Is the green power light lit on the device? If it is, but the logo is not lit, the driver installation process
hasn’t completed properly. Please try uninstalling the driver from the Windows program un-install menu.
Unplug the 3D G4ME1 and re-install the newest driver at (
www.senncom.com/download
), then follow the
instructions.
