Slave / Master
:
Allows you to select the functionality of the radiomodem between Master and Slave. The unit configured as a
Master uses the energy saving and transmits due to events. The unit configured as a slave is always active and
never takes the initiative of the transmission.
Master unit quantity:
Defines the number of the Master radiomodems present in the network. The allowed values range from 1 to 16.
Ext node address:
In this field the address of the external modbus node is set, which it must be identical to the address assigned
to the modbus node device.
Starting address:
In this field the address of the first register to be read from the external node is set.
Quantity:
In this field the quantity of registers to be read from the external node (max 96 registers) is set.
Node/sens S. Time:
This is the interval of time required to the external modbus node to become ready after the switch on. The
radiomodem provides power to the external Modbus node (18 Volt) only after a transmission trigger event. See
the related datasheet for sizing this variable.
