9.TROUBLE SHOOTING DURING THE OPERATION

Trouble Shooting with Normal Mode During the Operation
●
When you feel the abnormal during the operation, turn off the switch immediately and investigate the caus-
es under the safe condition following the below table.
The trouble shooting here is mentioned that the trouble with the normal mode of the SIDAF80. Regarding
the troubles of the Core Drill, refer to the instruction manual of the Core Drill.

Interference against drilled
core is generated.
Drill Motor is burnout.
Repair for the Core Drill.
Feeding stops.
The transfer resistance of the
Drill Head is too large due to
the strong adjustment of the
Drill Carriage of the Drill Head.
Release flashing by pressing
the feeding button, and adjust
the Drill Carriage adjustment
weakly.
Tighten up the knob bolt
(L type bolt) of the Drill Car-
riage of the Drill Head.
Release flashing by pressing
the feeding button, and loos-
en the knob bolt (L type bolt).
Moving fault of the Drill Head.
Release flashing by pressing
the feeding button, and remove
the fault.
The Core Bit is clogged, and
the blade edge is sliding.
Release flashing by pressing
the feeding button, and con-
tact our sales representative
for the Core Bit.
Loading set value is high.
Lower loading set value.
FE blinks with the weight of
the drill.
Disallow for drilling by auto-
matic feeding (not applica-
ble). Drill manually operated.
If the automatic stop is set, it lights.
