After that, you must program an amount that will be a minimum amount re-
quired to start a time session. The amount programmed here does not need
to be equal to the rate session. You can have a rate session of $2 but require
only $1 to start the time session. Obviously, this $1 inserted will equal half the
time programmed in session length. (i.e.: rate session $2; session length 2
minutes ; $1 inserted = 1 minute bought).
