Maintenance
6.1
Important information for maintenance
➢
Prepare a maintenance schedule in compliance with your
process!
➢
Maintenance may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
➢
During maintenance, personnel must wear suitable protective
clothing.
➢
Only carry out the maintenance or repair described in the
operating instructions!
➢
Any structural modifications require prior approval by the
manufacturer.
➢
Before separating the sensor from the process, all pipes or
containers must be depressurised, empty and clean.
6.2
Checking the process interface
The sensor is retained in the process fitting by the pressure screw
(1) and sealed off.
Regularly check the sealing of the process interface.
If necessary, tighten the pressure screw (1) with up to
10 Nm.
