7.2 Setting working temperature
a.
The «RUN» led must be off (Press «START/STOP»).
b. Press
and without releasing, press
or
until the display shows
the desired operating temperature.
7.3 Setting operation time
This time begins to run from the moment the oven reaches the operating temperature.
After this time, heater will stop. But ventilation won’t stop.
It is not necessary to set an operating time. If this time is «0», the oven will run
continuously (This value is set by default).
a. The «RUN» led must be off (Press «START/STOP»).
b. Press
and without releasing, press
or
until the display shows
the desired operating time (in hours and tenths of minute).
c. After this time, and after starting, the oven will reach the operating temperature.
At this time, the
led will be lit indicating there’s a programmed operation time.
7.4 Setting timeout
This time will begin counting from the moment the oven reaches the operating tem-
perature. (See Fig. 2)
After this time, the heater will stop. However, the ventilation won’t stop.
It is not necessary to set a timeout. If this time is «0», the oven will run when pressing
«START» (This value is set on default).

, «TIMER» led is lit, indicating a timeout before it starts.
7.5 Calibrating (adjusting) the oven
DRY-BIG
ovens come factory adjusted. However, if there is a deviation seen of the
indicated temperature in the display regarding the measured temperature inside a
reference thermometer, you can adjust the temperature controller.
Initially, try to correct the error by adding an «Offset» to set the temperature. See 7.5.1
For example:
The oven’s display indicates 100ºC.
Reference thermometer indicates 99ºC.
