Fuel pump assembly inspection

Remove the driver's seat assembly and the lower
cover of the driver's seat then use a multimeter set
to the resistance ohm position to check the fuel level
sensor of the fuel pump according to the following
steps
.
◆
Move the fl oating rod to check if it can move freely.
The float assembly should be able to return to a
lower position freely. If not, please replace the fuel
pump
.
◆ Connect the multimeter to the middle two pins of the
cable plug

to test the fuel position sensor. The
multimeter displays 235±5Ω on the full fuel position

, and 40±2Ω on the empty fuel position

value is 330±17Kpa under the power-on state.

◆ If the resistance reading shows unstable, please
clean the resistance wiper with alcohol and retest.
If it is still incorrect, please replace the fuel pump.

If the fuel pump supply pressure test does not meet
the requirements, please replace the fuel pump.
