9.4.3 Laser Cleaning
Precautions for Laser Cleaning

If the laser is not cleaned or is cleaned improperly, it may cause the following
problems:
1) The robot can’t detect the sign/pallet rack.
2) The robot enters the emergency stop state without clear reasons.
Please clean the laser according to the following instructions; otherwise, it may cause
damage to the laser lens or malfunction:
Keep the laser lens surface clean, and clean up the dust regularly.
Do not dry-wipe the laser lens surface. Please use a dampened soft cloth to clean, and
add a little detergent if necessary.
Do not use corrosive solvent-based detergent, such as acetone.
9.5 Storage
9.5.1 Storage of Robot
For long-term storage, please take the following measures for the following parts:
Battery:
Charge the battery, and then perform maintenance according to the daily maintenance
method for the battery.
Perform charging maintenance and inspect the electrolyte level every 3 months.
Hydraulic System:
When the forklift has been stored for more than one year, the hydraulic oil of the
hydraulic system should be replaced. Please refer to the maintenance section and table
of lubrication parts.
Drive System:
When the storage time is more than one week, the drive wheel shall be secured and
cushioned firmly, or it can be suspended in the air to prevent it from moving. The cargo
should be unloaded.
Re-usage Precautions for Forklift after Storage:
After storage for a period of time, the use function and safety inspection shall be
carried out in the same way as routine maintenance and safety inspection before
reusing.
When the storage time exceeds 3 months, the preventive maintenance can be
performed according to the 500h (interval) requirement in this manual.
