frequency is decisive for the EMS application. When selecting the frequency, be
aware that there are individual differences.
0 Low Hertz frequencies mainly appeal to the slowly reacting red muscle fibres.
For strength or endurance training, you should choose muscle stimulation in this
frequency range.
0 Higher Hertz frequencies stimulate the fast contracting white muscle fibres. The
muscle is deliberately overstrained and is thus stimulated to build up.
1. Open the massage mat (the standing surface for the feet), spread it out in
front of you and stand on the mat so that the bare skin of the feet or other
body parts touch the electrodes (curved lines in the mat) of the massage mat.
Please do not wear socks or shoes when using on your feet.
2. Three hertz frequency modes are available, the mode is selectable from 30Hz
to 10000Hz. The green indicator light shows the selected mode.
3. Now set the intensity of the impulses. You can choose between 8 levels (level
1 to level 8), depending on the level selected, the indicator lights in the control
unit light up.
