Please fully charge the foot massager when you use it or do not use it for a long
time.
If the USB cable is damaged or the charging connector is loose, please stop using

The foot massager does not start
Check if the foot massager has power, if there is no power, please charge it fully
first.
The battery does not charge
Clean the charging port carefully before charging without getting moisture on the
port.
The foot massager stops during use
Check the usage time, it will stop automatically after 5 minutes, just restart.
No EMS current noticeable
The device must be in direct contact with the skin during use, please also keep the
skin and massage mat clean and free of grease at all times.
The EMS current is only slightly perceptible.
Wipe the used area with a damp cloth.
The EMS current is too strong
The foot massager is set too strong. Always start with the lowest levels and then set
them higher according to your comfort.
