• To consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred
due to a defect in materials or workmanship
• If the VenTrade serial number has been removed or defaced.
To the extent permitted by the law, this warranty and the above-listed
guarantees takes primacy above all other warranties, whether written, oral,
statutory, expressed or implied. As permitted by law, VenTrade specifically
disclaims all statutory or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties
against hidden and latent deficiencies. If VenTrade cannot lawfully disclaim
statutory or implied warranties to the extent enforced by the law, all such
warranties will be limited to the those of this expressly communicated in
this warranty. Decisions on repair and replacement services are made at
VenTrade’s discretion.
VenTrade retailers, agents, and employees are strictly forbidden from mak-
ing any modifications, extensions or additions to this warranty.
Outside of the provisions guaranteed by this warranty, VenTrade is not
responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages
resulting from breaches in warranty or conditions expressed in this contract,
regardless of legal theory.
17.2 Consumer protection laws
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations
in their country of purchase or country of residence, the benefits conferred
by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such
consumer protection laws and regulations.
Some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the
duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or ex-
clusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
that are in addition to your legal rights as a consumer that vary by country,
state or province.
This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the
country in which the product purchase took place. VenTrade, the warrantor
under this Limited Warranty, is identified at the end of this document accord-
ing to the country or region in which the product purchase took place.
17. Warranty
