MAINTENANCE
NOTE:
Where applicable, maintenance
procedure applies for both engine sys-
tems.
Lubrication
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT lubricate safe-
ty lanyard post. This will prevent prop-
er electrical contact.
PTO Flywheel
Use SEA-DOO synthetic grease and
lubricate every 10 hours of use. Pro-
ceed as follows:
Open rear storage compartment cov-
er.
Remove storage tray.
Loosen the wing nuts, washers and
pull out PTO flywheel guard.

Unless otherwise specified, en-
gines must not be running and
the main disconnect switch must
be turned OFF for all maintenan-
ce procedures.

Always remove safety lanyard
cap from its receptacle to prevent
accidental engine starting before
removing the PTO flywheel guard.
