Warning Description
[Extremely Total Hemoglobin]
The applied sample is either under 7g/dL or above
23g/dL value of the total hemoglobin.
[Solution]
If this error occurs with a sample known to have
total hemoglobin in the normal range, turn the
analyzer off and back on and repeat test. If there
is still an error message, please contact your local
customer support and service center.
[Communication Error with the Code Chip]
The code chip is broken. So, the analyzer could not
communicate with the code chip.
[Solution]
Re-insert the code chip. If there is still an error
message, please contact your local customer
support and service center.
[Internal Error Message for the analyzer]
It happens when an internal error occur.
[Solution]
Turn the analyzer off and then on again. If there is
still this error message, please contact your local
customer support and service center.
