3. Performing a Test
Prepare a test kit for the required measurement. Check the expiry date and
Code number of the test kit. Always use test kits before their expiry date has
passed. All clinical specimens must be at room temperature before beginning
the assay.
1) Insert the test panel into the MultiCare analyzer.
When the test panel reaches the correct position, panel is automatically
inserted deeper to the analyzer. If the test panel is inserted appropriately,
the sample and start button icon displays. This is sample waiting state.
2)
Collect the sample and place the sample into the buffer tube. And then
mix the sample to push and release the bulb gently at the top of the
spoit more than 7-8 times.
