FV-40 Series Flame Detector

D.6 Air

Shield

The Air Shield P/N 093-0548 enables you to install the detector in dirty
areas and using compressed air, keep the window clean. This prevents the

accumulation of dirt on the window and enables the detector to continue to
operate under harsh conditions.
When the air shield is fitted on the detector, it reduces the cone of vision of

the detector by ±5° in each direction.
