16.12 FIRMWARE UPDATE
If there are problems
during the firmware update, it is recommended to perform the following procedure:
a.
Before upgrading the firmware, verify if the latest version of
NXperience
has been installed.
b.
If a failure occurs during firmware update, the following message will be displayed:

and verify if the device is still available for the u
pdate. If it is, click on
Program

as been closed and/or it is no longer possible to find the device on the update screen, as shown in

close the

, turn off the
LogBox 3G
and reconnect the device to the USB interface for a new attempt.

shows an error while reading the configuration, as shown in
