Automatic test of Carriazo-Pendular drive motor prior to the cutting procedure (treatment).
Continuous monitoring of motor motion and automatic failure detection.
Continuous vacuum monitoring during treatment. Acoustic warning indication of vacuum
irregularities.
Separate pedals for vacuum, forward and reverse head motion.
Integrated uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to finish the treatment when mains power is
down. UPS Charging indication by the green “charge” LED on the front of the console.
Detailed error detection, information and troubleshooting.
Function Description – Elements on the top of the console
charge:
If green light is on, the console is connected to
power supply and the operation can be started.
vacuum:
Activates the vacuum pump. This button is equal
to the vac pedal function. Vacuum is active, if the LED is
on.
menu:
Activates user menu. Menu is active, if the LED is
blinking.
up:
Selects previous item of the menu or increases the
value which is currently alternating in the display.
down:
Selects next item of the menu or decreases the value which is currently alternating in the
display.
edit/store:
Allows editing the currently displayed parameter to change the value by the use of
up/down buttons. After the changes have been done, the alternating parameter will be stored
either with the edit/store or with the menu button and will stop alternating.
Function Description - elements at the front of the
console
(1) On/off knob:
Switches the console into operation
mode. The system is not completely off, indicated by
the green “charge” LED.
To shut down the external power supply of the
system, the mains socket must be unplugged.
(2) Motor cable socket:
Quick connection socket for
the motor cable
(3) Vacuum regulator:
Allows adjusting the OP
vacuum to the specified value, which is necessary
for the treatment.
(4) Vacuum connector:
To connect the vacuum tube
simply pushes the fitting into the socket. To
disconnect the vacuum tube push down the metal
lock on the socket and pull the tube out.
(5) Holder vacuum chamber
