05h Force Single Coil Command
The SEL-701 Relay uses this function code for a variety of data control purposes.
Specifically, you can use it to clear archive records, operate output contacts, and
operate breaker and remote bit elements.

The command response is identical to the command request.
The SEL-701 Relay offers the commands listed in Table C.9 that you can execute
using function code 05h. The command coils are self-resetting.

The Master Request Must Have the Following Format
1 byte Slave address
1 byte Function code (05h)
2 bytes Coil reference
1 byte Operation code (FF for bit set, 00 for bit clear)
1 byte Placeholder (00)
2 bytes CRC-16 for message
