Sie können die Einstellung der Lautstärke einem der Modi der
Fernbedienung zuweisen, vorausgesetzt, die Lautstärke-
regelung existiert am entsprechenden Gerät (Bsp.: Regelung
der TV-Lautstärke im TV-Modus, VCR, DVD…).

2.1.2 einstellung der lautstärkeregler für Jeden Modus
Sie können entscheiden, dass die Lautstärkeregelung für jeden
gewählten Modus funktioniert, vorausgesetzt, die Lautstärkerege-
lung existiert an dem entsprechenden Gerät (Bsp.: Lautstärke-
regelung des Fernsehers im TV-Modus, anschließend Laut-
stärkeregelung des Satellitenempfängers im SAT-Modus, ...).

Die Zifferntaste bei der die rote LED kurz erlischt ist die erste
Ziffer des Codes. Wieder die Tasten

drücken bis die LED erneut kurz erlischt. Dies ist die 2. Ziffer
des Codes. Diese Prozedur noch 2 mal wiederholen. Nach der
letzen Ziffer des Codes erlischt die LED ganz. Jetzt haben sie
die 4 Ziffern dieses Codes für dieses Gerät z. B. TV ausgelesen.

Once the numbers have been entered the lamp goes out and
the remote control is ready to control your appliance.

Finally, test your setting by controlling (in this example) your
television set. If it does not work correctly or at all, set a diffe-
rent code from the list or use the code search (see below).

How to set the remote control for other appliances is described
in part 1.1.2. Instead of the TV appliance button, press another
button, e.g. VCR, DVD, SAT, CD, AUX.
Schwaiger UFB 3801 is a TV+ remote control, i.e. under TV you
can only set television sets or video projectors. But you can dedi-
cate any appliance (TV, DVD, SAT...) to the VCR, DVD, SAT,
CD, AUX, AUX1, AUX2 keys. The button labels SAT, DVD,VCR,
etc. are intended only for easier orientation. Example: Under the
VCR appliance button you can also enter a CD code and control
your CD player. You just need to find your appliance brand in
the CD section of the code book. Just enter the first 4 digit code
under the VCR key

Each time a button is pressed the lamp goes out briefly then
comes back on to confirm. If no button is pressed, the UFB 3801
automatically continues to search by sending a signal to your
appliance every 3 seconds. If you notice the reaction of your
appliance too late and the next code has already been emitted
you can go back by pressing
Prog
▼. If your appliance was
switched off, you must turn it on again, pressing its own “power”
button, or with its original remote control, to continue the search.
