5.3.10 Mounting flexible position sensor FPS
The flexible position sensor FPS consists of an evaluation unit and
one of the following sensors:
• FPS-S 13
CAUTION
Risk of damage to the sensor during assembly!

Observe the maximal tightening torque.
1. Insert the sensor (41) with the circular elevation (active sensor
surface) in the recess of the housing.
2. Secure the sensor (41) on the gripper using screws (46).
Tightening torque: 1 Ncm
3. Connect the evaluation unit and adjust the sensor, see the
Assembly and Operating Manual for the sensor.
