We recommend only using pans made of wood, plastic or silicone. Sharp edges on
steel and wooden spatulas can cause scratches.
Discolourations
·
When used on gas cookers and portable cookers, discolouration of the base and the
sides may occur. Likewise, there is a possibility that the surfaces will become darker
through frequent use of the cookware. In both cases, the functionality of the
cookware is not affected.
Oil fire
·
If oil accidentally catches fire, do not extinguish the fire with water. Smother the
flames with a suitable lid or woollen blanket/towel.

Switch off the burner and leave the heated pan to cool down. Do not touch. Do not
cool it in cold water! Ventilate the room well!
