combines the materials of copper, aluminium and stainless steel in the most
attractive and intelligent way:
Copper:
The pros‘ material guarantees even and fast heating, a fast adjust-
ment to changes in temperature and excellent heat transfer proper-
ties. Thus, the contents can stay at eating temperature for at least
45 minutes when the pot is covered.
Aluminium:
The aluminium core conducts heat quickly and evenly from the base
to the rim of the pot/pan and guarantees optimum heat retention.
Stainless steel:
The 18/10 stainless steel interior has the well-known good perfor-
mance characteristics and guarantees food-safe cooking and frying.
Tubular handles:
The stainless steel tubular handles are easy to group and are suitable
even for sensitive, heat-sensitive hands.
