OMMUNICATION
If during operation you think there might be wiring errors, or more generally, communications errors between different elements
within the system, you can potentially find help on the communications errors troubleshooting page, which can be reached via
Com
mand Panel → View communication status
.
This page shows an element with good communication status with a light blue ring and a non-communicating element with a grey
ring.
Of course, an element not present on the system will always be shown in the “non communicating” state.
Each element has its own label, which is used to represent it on the page, and its own recorded error counter from the specific
MCU or CONNECTIVITY PANEL that you are using to analyse the communication.
For communication bus 485-2 we therefore have MCU_A, B, C and D the respective MU_A, B, C and D. For the Battery Cabinets
we have labels MU_1–9 and MU_0.
For communication bus 485-1 (inside the cabinet) we have the status of PM_1–7 and BM.
The number of errors given on the page refers to the time interval elapsed from the value “Error count from” given above the panels.
NOTE:
If necessary, all error counters can be deleted using the icon to the side. This procedure will also update the “Error
count from” field to the current date.
