Alignment:
1. Use a spirit level to check the horizontal and vertical alignment.
2. Fully tighten the screws used for the connection to the chassis.
Tightening torque: 86 Nm.
3.
Insert plugs into the openings at the beams’ connection points.
Wiring:
1.
Guide the wires out of the beams’
connection points and run them to the
connections on the industrial truck.
2. Place the wires behind the cover and attach
the cover to the beams using welding studs.
3. Use the plugs to connect the 2 button
assemblies on the left and right of the
industrial truck according to the circuit
diagram.
4. Run the wires inside the industrial truck and
secure them if necessary.
5. Attach the button assemblies in the intended
openings (on the pedestrian control panels)
using pan head self-tapping screws.
6. Run the wire for voltage supply and signal
processing into the engine compartment.
Attach the mounting kit (high-load fuse).
7. Connect the voltage supply and the plug
connection for signal processing.
Attach the protective glass to the beams using screws and locknuts.
