1. Attach cable screw connection and
nut to the front side of the base
plate.
2. Connect blower electrically (see
operating and maintenance
instructions for the blower).

1. Attach the suction supports to the
vacuum pump with sealing ring.
2. Guide the vacuum hose without
voltage through the opening in the
front side of the base tub.
3. Attach the vacuum hose to the
suction supports with a hose
clamp.

When commissioning:
Check whether the exhaust air exits from
the side of the base plate when the blower
is switched on. No exhaust air should enter
the interior from the blower silencer.

1. Place the cover carefully on the
base plate from above.
2. Attach to the base plate using 4
hex nuts (M6) and washers.

Blower in the Schmalz Blower Box is ready
for operation!

For connection set for exhaust air hose
option:
1. Attach the flange connection to the
side surface of the base plate with
2 hex nuts (size M6) and washers.
2. Fit aluminum corrugated hose over
the connector.
3. Attach hose with clamp.
Ensure that the exhaust air can exit freely
at the end of this hose.
