3. Aufbaubeschreibung / assembly description
Die Vakuumerzeuger (Gebläse) werden an die
Vakuumanschlüsse [F] angeschlossen.
The vacuum generators (blower) are connected to the
vacuum connectors [F].
Über die Verteiler [H] werden die Steuermodule [B] versorgt.
Die Elektromagnetventile [C] sind zum Ansteuern der
Steuermodule [B] (Saugen / Ablegen)
Via the distributors [H], the control modules [B] are supplied
with vacuum. The solenoid valves [C] are for controlling the
control modules [B] (suction / drop)
Zum schnelleren Ablegen der Werkstücke wird über die
Ventile [D] Druckluft in die Vakuumkammer eingeführt.
For the faster placing of the workpieces, compressed air is
blowen into the vacuum chamber over the valves [D].
Der Palletizer ist zum Greifen ganzer Lagen von
Holzzuschnitten (Nesting) verschiedener Abmaße
vorgesehen.
The Palletizer is intended to grip complete layers of wood
cuts (Nesting) in different sizes.
Vor dem Greifen muss die Werkstückoberfläche von
Spänen uns Staub befreit werden.
Clean the surface of the workpiece before handling the
workpieces with the gripper.
