• Use the right tool. Do not overload the tools or ac-

get a better result.
• Wear suitable clothing. Nonslip shoes are recommen-
ded.
• Always wear eye protection (according to ANSI
Z87.1). Normal glasses cannot protect you suffici-
ently. Use a face mask or dust respirator in a dusty
environment.
• Never lose your balance. Always stand firmly with
both feet on the ground.
• Keep your machine in top condition. Keep tools sharp
and clean in order to achieve the best and safest
performance. Follow instructions for lubricating and
changing tools.
• Unplug the machine from the mains before perfor-
ming any maintenance.
• Use recommended spare parts. The use of tools or
accessories that are not recommended by the dealer
may lead to risks of injury and hazards.
• Reduce the risk of accidental operation. Make sure
that the switch is OFF before inserting the plug into
the socket.
• Check damaged parts before using the machine. A
damaged guard or other part must be checked care-
fully to ensure that it works properly and meets the
