Fuel system
The fuel tank is not removable and permanently installed to the fuselage.
Refueling is done as described in section 4.2.3.
The fuel tank vent line extends overboard at a small opening approx. 130 mm (5.1
in.) aft of the undercarriage. Never tape the opening of the vent line shut.
A drain valve for the fuel tank is provided at the bottom of the engine bay on the
left side and is directly accessible.

Indication of fuel contents
An electrical fuel quantity indicator is integrated in the engine control unit
(description see page 7.3.6).
Cleaning and draining the fuel tank
The tank may be cleaned and drained through its drain opening.
The fuel system is to be cleaned in compliance with the Ventus-3T Maintenance
Manual.
