Static pressure and Pitot pressure system
Static pressure sources
o
Static pressure ports are on either side of the fuselage tail boom, 0.8 m (31.5
in.) forward of the base of the fin (in the horizontal symmetry plane)
These static pressure ports are used for altimeter and airspeed indicator and
eventually for further optional instruments.
Pitot pressure sources
o
On the fin, lower probe port or upper probe port (the upper probe port can on
wish be equipped with up to 3 pressure connections)
This pressure port is used for the airspeed indicator (switch for pitot in glide)
and eventually for further optional instruments.
o
Fuselage nose cone
This pressure port is used for the airspeed indicator with extracted power plant
(switch for pitot engine) and eventually for further optional instruments.
Additional pressure source
o
On the fin, upper probe port
This pressure probe features one up to optionally three pressure sources for
further optional instruments.
