CLEANING:
Water tank:
• Drain (change the water) and clean every day.
• Cleaning of Volcanic Stones:
• The stones need to be changed every 2-4 weeks or washed for daily use or about when
they start to break.
• The stones should dry naturally after washing.
• Do not put wet stones in the machine.
• After the wash, replace the stones evenly over the grill and leave the grill working for 10
minutes over low heat to make sure the stones are completely dry.
• It is recommended to wash the volcanic stones should be washed with warm water and
degreasing.
Cleaning the stainless steel:
• Always keep your grill clean by using a metal polish of your choice, or even soap and
water, to prevent the grease from burning and staining the stainless steel that covers it.
