Guarantee
Case of quarantee
SaxxTec provides the following free, voluntary guarantee services compliant with the following
provisions, if a material or manufacturing defect occurs in a SaxxTec product during the guarantee
period and the product is no longer suitable for the usual use described in the respective user
handbook for the product.
A guarantee claim is excluded
· if the malfunction is due to improper use of the product that does not correspond with the usual
use described in the instruction manual.
· the malfunction is the result of harmful environmental influences, particularly if the product is
used in an environment that is unsuitable according to the respective instruction manual, such
as excess moisture or the effect of heat,
· the malfunction is due to improper use that does not correspond with the instructions described
in the respective instruction manual,
· the malfunction is due to an external intervention, in particular a repair, or the use of accessories
if no original SaxxTec parts were used,
· the malfunction is due to an external event, particularly an accident (e.g. drop), insufficient
packaging, lightning/overvoltage or overloading,
· the product is subject to commercial use,
· the label with the serial number/product code has been removed from the SaxxTec product.
Guarantee period
The guarantee period for passive speakers or passive components of active products amounts
to 5 years. For all other SaxxTec products, the statutory guarantee applies. The guarantee period
or warranty period begins with the purchase of the SaxxTec product. The date of purchase on the
sales receipt is crucial. Warranty services neither inhibit the expiration of the guarantee period nor
cause the guarantee period to restart.
Warranty services
In the event of a guarantee claim, SaxxTec rectifies the defect or replaces the defective equipment
with a defect-free piece of equipment as it sees fit free of charge without prior further enquiry.
SaxxTec acquires the ownership of the replaced equipment and replaced parts.
Assertion
The guarantee claim is asserted by handing or sending the product to SaxxTec within the guarantee
period incl. the sales receipt. When sending the product, the transport risk lies with the sender.
SaxxTec will not refund any shipping, transport, or other costs.
Please note
In your own interests, please package the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging,
and send it to the correct address. Enclose in your parcel the sales receipt and a precise descrip-
tion of the defect.
Commercial warranty claims
The customer’s warranty claims from the purchase agreement with the seller are not affected or
restricted by this guarantee with regard to the customer.
