Before connecting to Sofia 2 you should set the general parameters in Configuration

In the field Server IP introduce the IP provided by Sofia2
▪
The value introduced in the field Send port depends on whether you want to send the data in
encrypted form or not:
o
Introduce 1883 for the unencrypted data submission.
o
Introduce 8883 for the encrypted data submission

Then, in
Configuration > Application parameters you sold introduce the following information:

Site name: enter the name provided by Sofia2
▪
Management platform: select Sofia2
Then, access to
Configuration > Platform params > Sofia2 credentials . The information required is:

User : the user provided by Sofia2
▪
Pass : the password provided by Sofia 2
Finally, you must save the data in the menu Configuration>Save Changes.
After doing the any change on this screen, click on Accept and then on the Save Changes button on
