4. FORESEEN USE CONDITIONS AND
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
4.1. PURPOSE AND USE OF THE MACHINE.
The SAS press must exclusively be used to stamp soap bars and similar products. It
must be placed into an automatic soap line from which receives cut soap bars
and to which gives stamped soap tablets.
The press must be employed only for the use foreseen by the manufacturer,
without exceed the indicated work capacity.
4.2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRESS.
NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS PLEASE DON’T USE DIES WITH GREATER DIMENSIONS
THAT THE SPECIFIED ONE.
Material: Welded carbon steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium, etc
Installed power: 10 KW;
compressed air: 150 litres/minute (vacuum pump: electro-mechanical).
