To prepare the machine at the dies assembling operations, please follow the next
instructions:
-
close all the protection covers;
-
turn the “MAIN SWITCH” switch (positioned on the main electric panel) into “1-
ON” position; the light “POWER ON” will be activated to show that the machine
is supplied with electrical power;

press the “RESET” push-button to enter in the “MAIN SCREEN” screen;
MAIN SCREEN (production):
For more information about the touch screen please read the chapter (please
read the chapter 5.1. CONTROL PANEL - TOUCH SCREEN).

disable, if pressed, the “EMERGENCY-STOP” push-button turning it clockwise.
Check that no fault-error warning lights/messages are activated, otherwise solve
the problem;
-
reset the press pressing the “RESET” push-button to turn off any error
lights/message (if the relative problem is solved);
then follow the next instructions by choosing the modality of assembling.
