Caution:
1.
After 5 minutes of continuously use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.
2.
Do not operate more than 5 minutes at one time.
3.
When using the blender, do not operate more than 1 minute at one time. Place it in
water or in other liquids but do not immerse the housing in water.
4.
When you take out the blender from the housing, please reset the control knob to
position”0”.
Important:
To avoid unnecessary strain on the motor, do not use mixer for any mixture in which the
beater/dough hooks do not revolve freely.
Removing the Beaters/Dough Hooks
Disconnect the unit from the power outlet. Raise the mixer by pressing the tilt control button.
Push the beater/dough hook ejector button down fully with the thumb to unlock and eject both
beaters/dough hooks.
Mixing Guide
Most recipes provide the required time and speed needed.
Speed 1-2: For mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and cream
into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces and mashing vegetables.
Speed 3-4: For mixing cake mixer, puddings or batters. For using the dough hooks when
mixing dough or heavier cake mixes, for creaming together shortening and sugar.
Speed 5: For whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk, egg whites or whole eggs, for
mixing minced meat or kneading heavy dough.
Cleaning:
Wash Beaters/dough hooks in hot, soapy water, or in your dish-washer. Wipe the mixer body
only with a slight damp cloth. DO NOT PLACE THE MIXER BODY IN WATER. Do not
use harsh abrasives.
