View the image just captured (preview display)

Immediately after capturing an image,
you can press the SET button to preview
the image. Press the [
] or [
] arrow
button to view the previous image or the
next image. For video clips and sequen-
tial shots, you can pause the image by
pressing the [
] arrow button. If you do
not want to keep the image, you can
press the [
] button at this time to
delete the currently displayed image
from the cameraís memory. To return to
the shooting mode, press the [
k
] arrow button.
NOTE
About sequential shots shooting

In sequential shots shooting, the autofocus function is activated when the
shutter release button is pressed and remains fixed at the same focus until
the sequential shots are finished.
If the motion alert icon appears...
i
During still image shooting, if the shutter
speed is slow and the possibility that the
image may be blurred due to camera
movement becomes high, the motion
alert icon [
] may appear on the LCD
monitor. In this case, use a tripod to sta-
bilize the camera when shooting, or set
the flash operation mode to automatic
(see page 68).
