09. If errors occur
General information
The Sanyo CO2 Eco is constructed for high comfort, good reliability and long
life length. Below you find hints how to solve different problems if they occur.
If something goes wrong, contact your installer that was responsible for the
installation. He will contact the dealer if he judges it to be a material or
factory error. Use the serial number for this product in every contact with the
dealer or manufacturer.
Sanitary hot water
- check if the outgoing sanitary hot water temperature from the tank unit is ok or not
(before the thermostatic temperature limiter).
- check the thermostatic temperature limiter for the sanitary hot water mounted on the
tank unit.
- check the thermostatic temperature valve in the shower.
- check the tank temperature in the contro

If the room temperature is too low, please check:

works correctly for an optimal operation.
