Electrical Adjustments
Presetting
1. Receive the 16-step grey scale video signal.
2. Set to VIDEO mode.
[R-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-2]
3. Connect an oscilloscope to test point “TP501” (+) and
chassis ground (-).
4. Enter to the service mode, select Data no. “00B” and
change data value to adjust the pedestal and black
level to be the same level.
[G-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-2]
5. Connect an oscilloscope to test point “TP531” (+) and
chassis ground (-).
6. Select Data no. “00D” and change data value to adjust
the pedestal and black level to be the same level.
[B-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-2]
7. Connect an oscilloscope to test point “TP561” (+) and
chassis ground (-).
8. Select Data no. “00F” and change data value to adjust
the pedestal and black level to be the same level.
Pedestal level = Black level

Presetting
1. Receive the 16-step grey scale computer signal.
2. Set to COMPUTER mode.
[R-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-1]
3. Connect an oscilloscope to test point “TP501” (+) and
chassis ground (-).
4. Enter to the service mode, select data no. “006” and
change data value to adjust “a” to be minimum ampli-
tude.
[G-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-1]
5. Connect an oscilloscope to test point “TP531” (+) and
chassis ground (-).
6. Select data no. “008” and change data value to adjust
“a” to be minimum amplitude.
[B-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-1]
7. Connect an oscilloscope to test point “TP561” (+) and
chassis ground (-).
8. Select data no. “00A” and change data value to adjust
“a” to be minimum amplitude.
Pedestal level = Black level
