After replacing the Power Board, readjust the Output
voltage adjustment as follows.
1. Connect a digital voltmeter to pins 1 (+) and 3 (-) of
K6D.
2. Adjust the voltage by using VR671 as following.

Be sure to connect the lamp when taking this adjust-
ment.
1. Receive the 16-step gray scale video signal.
2. Set to VIDEO mode.
3. Connect a digital voltmeter to pin 2 (+) of K6E and
chassis ground (-).
4. Adjust voltage to 6.2 ±0.1V by using VR662.
1. Receive the 16-step gray scale video signal.
2. Set to VIDEO mode.
3. Connect a digital voltmeter to pin 5 (+) of K6E and
chassis ground (-).
4. Adjust voltage to 15.6 ±0.1V by using VR661.
[FAN A ADJUSTMENT]
1. Connect a digital voltmeter to test point “TP7601” (+)
and chassis ground (-).
2. Enter to the service mode, select data no. “17F” and
change data value to adjust voltage to 12.5Vdc
±0.05V, and select data no. “182” and change data
value to adjust voltage to 12.8Vdc ±0.05V.

CAUTION: The each circuit has been made by the fine adjustment at factory. Do not attempt to adjust the follow-

Electrical Adjustments
1. Receive the NTSC color bar video signal.
2. Set to VIDEO mode.
3. Enter to the service mode, select data no. “030” and
change data value upward or downward. Confirm that
the data value automatically change and stay a cer-
tain value.
DVCO ADJUSTMENT
Presetting
1. Receive the 16-step gray scale computer signal.
2. Set to COMPUTER mode.
[R-DC ADJUSTMENT]
3. Connect a digital voltmeter to test point “TP2511” (+)
and chassis ground (-).
4. Enter to the service mode, select data no. “000” and
change data value to adjust voltage to 7.5 ±0.1V.
[G-DC ADJUSTMENT]
5. Connect a digital voltmeter to test point “TP2512” (+)
and chassis ground (-).
6. Enter to the service mode, select data no. “001” and
change data value to adjust voltage to 7.5 ±0.1V.
[B-DC ADJUSTMENT]
7. Connect a digital voltmeter to test point “TP2513” (+)
and chassis ground (-).
8. Enter to the service mode, select data no. “002” and
change data value to adjust voltage to 7.5 ±0.1V.
DC ADJUSTMENT
[FAN B ADJUSTMENT]
3. Connect a digital voltmeter to test point “TP7603” (+)
and chassis ground (-).
4. Select data no. “181” and change data value to adjust
voltage to 9.0Vdc ±0.05V, and select data no. “184”
and change data value to adjust voltage to 12.0Vdc
±0.05V.
