Limited Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Mobile ESPN ( “We” ) are pleased to offer you a one year limited warranty
on the enclosed mobile phone, including accessories in the product
package (collectively, the
“P roduct” ).
We warrant that the Product will be free from defects in material or
workmanship, during normal usage, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
What are our obligations under this limited warranty?
For a period
of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, Mobile ESPN will, at its
option, either replace or pay the reasonable parts and labor charges (but
not shipping charges) to any authorized service facility to repair a
defective Product (with new or rebuilt parts or replacement Products).
After this one (1) year period, you must pay all parts, labor and shipping
charges. The warranty period on replaced or repaired Products expires at
the end of the original one year period.
How do I obtain service under this limited warranty?
To obtain
service under this limited warranty, you must return the Product to an
authorized service facility safely packed in an adequate container for
shipping and accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale
or receipted invoice warranty repair document, which is evidence that the
Product is within the warranty period.

What happens to my data and other information stored on my
phone? No data, software, or applications added to your Product after its
initial purchase will be reinstalled after warranty service, including but not
limited to personal contacts, games, and ringtones. To avoid losing such
data, software, and applications, please create a back up prior to
requesting service.
