AUTO POWER OFF
If you specify a time for this function, when
the unit is not used for the specified time,
the power turns off automatically (excluding
recording, pause during VAS recording, as
well as playback). This function helps you save
battery when you forget to turn off the power.
• You can set the time in 1-minute increments.
• If the “AUTO POWER OFF” setting is “OFF”,
the auto power off function is disabled.
BACKLIGHT
Use this function to change the backlight of
the screen and touch panel.
ON:
The screen goes into the low power mode
after 30 seconds, but the touch panel’s
backlight is always on.
ON (LOW POWER):
The screen goes into the low power mode
after 30 seconds, and the touch panel’s
backlight turns off after 30 seconds.
OFF:
Backlight for both the screen and the
touch panel turns off after 30 seconds.
• When shipped, the unit is set to “ON (LOW
POWER)”.
• If the battery is low, the backlight may not
come on.
• If the backlight setting is “OFF”, backlight
for both the screen and the touch panel
dim after 30 seconds. In this situation, if
you want to check the unit, tap the touch
panel once.
CONTRAST
Use this function to adjust the contrast of
the screen. You can choose from 10 levels
for the adjustment.
Contrast adjustment: 1 (L) to 10 (H)
