WHO IS COVERED:
This product warranty is issued to the original purchaser or the
person receiving the product as a gift against defects in
m
aterials
and work
m
anship as based on the date of original purchase
(“Warranty Period”) fro
m
an Authorized Dealer. The original sales
receipt showing the product na
m
e and the purchase date fro
m
an
authorized retailer is considered such proof.
WHAT IS COVERED:
This warranty covers new products if a defect in
m
aterial or
work
m
anship occurs and a valid clai
m
is received within the
Warranty Period. At its option, the co
m
pany will either (1) repair
the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replace
m
ent
parts, or (2) exchange the product with a new or refurbished
product at co
m
pany’s option.
Replace
m
ent products or parts provided under this warranty are
covered against defects in
m
aterials and work
m
anship fro
m
the
date of the replace
m
ent or repair for ninety (90) days or for the
re
m
aining portion of the original product’s warranty, whichever
provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is
exchanged, any replace
m
ent ite
m
beco
m
es your property and
the replaced ite
m
beco
m
es co
m
pany property. When a refund is
given, your product beco
m
es co
m
pany property.
Note: Any product sold and identified as refurbished or renewed
carries a ninety (90) day li
m
ited warranty.
Replace

ent product can only be sent if all warranty
require
m
ents are
m
et. Failure to follow all require
m
ents can
result in delay.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED - EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
This Li
m
ited Warranty applies only to new co
m
pany
m
anufactured products that can be identified by the trade
m
ark,
trade na
m
e, or logo affixed to it. This Li
m
ited Warranty does not
apply to any hardware product or any software, even if packaged
or sold with the product, as
m
anufacturers, suppliers, or
publishers
m
ay provide a separate warranty for their own
products packaged with the bundled product.
The co
m
pany is not liable for any da
m
age to or loss of any
progra
m
s, data, or other infor
m
ation stored on any
m
edia
contained within the product, or other additional product or part
not covered by this warranty. Recovery or reinstallation of
progra
m
s, data or other infor
m
ation is not covered under this
Li
m
ited Warranty.
This warranty does not apply (a) to da
m
age caused by accident,
abuse,
m
isuse, neglect,
m
isapplication, or non-supplied product,
(b) to da
m
age caused by service perfor
m
ed by anyone other than
co
m
pany approved Authorized Service Location, (c) to a product
or a part that has been
m
odified without written co
m
pany
per
m
ission, or (d) if any serial nu
m
ber has been re
m
oved or
defaced, or (e) product, accessories or consu
m
ables sold “AS IS”
without warranty of any kind by including refurbished product
sold “AS IS” by so
m
e retailers.

ited Warranty does not cover:
• Shipping costs for returning defective product.
• Labor charges for installation or setup of the product,
adjust

ent of custo
m
er controls on the product, and
installation or repair of antenna/signal source syste
m
s outside
of the product.
• Product repair and/or part replace
m
ent because of i
m
proper
installation or
m
aintenance, connections to i
m
proper voltage
supply, power line surge, lightning da
m
age, retained i
m
ages
or screen
m
arkings resulting fro
m
viewing fixed stationary
content for extended periods, product cos
m
etic appearance
ite
m
s due to nor
m
al wear and tear, unauthorized repair or
other cause not within the control of the co
m
pany.
• Da

age or clai
m
s for products not being available for use, or
for lost data or lost software.
• Da
m
age fro
m
m
ishandled ship
m
ents or transit accidents
when returning product.
• A product that requires

odification or adaptation to enable it
to operate in any country other than the country for which it
was designed,

anufactured, approved and/or authorized, or
repair of products da
m
aged by these
m
odifications.
• A product used for co
mm
ercial or institutional purposes
(including but not li
m
ited to rental purposes).
• Product lost in ship
m
ent and no signature verification receipt
can be provided.
• Failure to operate per Owner’s Manual.

ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
