OPERATION
(Default setting: 01-01-2004 THU 00:00:00)
Be sure to set the correct date and time. The digital video
recorder stores the times of recordings for use in
operations such as playback and search/playback.
Example: Setting May 20, 2004, 8:30

Press the [MENU] button.
The <MAIN MENU 1> screen appears.

Select “1. LANGUAGE/CLOCK SET” and
press the [ ] button.
The <LANGUAGE/LANGUE/IDIOMA> screen is
displayed. The cursor is positioned on “ENGLISH”.

Press the [
] or [
] button to move
the cursor to the date and time under
<CLOCK SET>.

Press the [ ] button.
“01” (indicating the month) flashes.

Press the [
] or [
] button to select
“05”.

Press the [ ] button.
“01” (indicating the day) flashes.

Use the same procedure to set the day
(20 in this example), year (2004), hour
(08), and minute (30).
When you have set the minute, the cursor moves to
“MODE” under <DAYLIGHT SAVING>, and the clock
starts from 00 seconds.

“WEEK” is set automatically.
z
The time is stopped during clock setting.

Press the [EXIT/OSD] button.
The display returns to the normal screen.
