SMOKING ROOM INSTALLATION
INSTALLER INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions are for a smoking room of a maximum of 7500 cu ft
One box contains:
•
One(1) SANUVOX unit S1000FX-GX
•
One(1) SUBKITVOCS1000
The S1000FX GX unit will be factory modified to include:
•
One(1) full oxidation J-lamp (UV-V 185nm) (blue end cap)
•
One(1) additional ballast and lamp bracket
•
One(1) inside relay (Fig 4) connected to the full oxidation lamp
•
20 ft of wire (Fig 3) that can be inserted in BX shield.

LAMP INSTALLATION (this step can be done later)
1.
Open the front door on the unit.
2.
Open the door access to the aluminum box by removing the two
wing nuts. (see picture aside)
3.
Remove the BLUE END CAP (LMPHXJ160) lamp from packaging:
use the gloves provided.
4.
Identify the ballast showing LMPHXJ160, follow the wire and insert
it in the appropriate clamp, using the foam tape supplied.
5.
Plug tightly the connector on the lamp
6.
Repeat the operation with the second lamp (LMPHGXJ160).
7.
Plug tightly the connector on the lamp
8.
Put the cover back on with the 2 wingnuts.
